1. On the day of the tech rehearsal I had to step in for the props manager as they had an exam. I started to make a props list in order to give the PM a clearer view of what order the props should go into. However half way through this I had to stop so I gave the list to a crew member and the lighting designer so they could carry on. This communication and independent responsibility is essential in the role of the stage crew, it ensures that the show will run smoothly through any of the stages of the show from Pre show to get out even if someone is absent.

These are the final pre show check-list that the stage crew used before each show to check that everything was ready.The ASM delegated jobs to each member of the stage crew to ensure that everything was done. Everyone signed the first nights check-list to make sure that we all agreed that these were all the things that needed to be checked. On the following nights we got the SM and the ASM to sign the check list to confirm that everything was ready to the highest standard possible.
3. This is a picture of me confirming the pre show check list with the SM on coms. This part of my job is necessary to assure that everything is correct and that if the SM want's to add anything else that needs to be checked.
