Team Role List

This is the hierarchical structure of our production of We Will Rock You. Generally all of the people in the Production crew  must work together and communicate efficiently to ensure that the show runs smoothly, however during our production specific people or groups had to work together to ensure that each stage of the show was as organised and efficient as possible. For example;

  1. During pre show before the audience are shown to the bar or settled in to their seats, the SM must communicate to the FOH Manager that the house is ready to let the audience in to find their seats while the FOH then needs to tell the SM when all the audience are in their seats so that they can give the signal to start the show. 

  2. The costume manager also needed to enlist the help of the stage crew. For example they asked myself to help with quick costume changes. This was to allow 2 or more people at the same time to have help with getting changed so they were not late for the next scene. 

  3. The crew also needed to work with the ASM and the SM. The SM relayed what was needed to be checked (prier to the show starting) to the ASM, the crew then worked with the ASM to produce the check list.This communication made for a very through and efficient check-list.
